".....The moussaka is a tasty cold dish containing plenty of aubergine, tomato and chic peas, the soujok consists of home-made, merguez-style, spicy sausages sautéed in lemons and tomatoes. The meat is lean and minced so you can scrape it up with your bread whilst also catching the rich, oily, spicy tomato sauce.
